Traditional elegance embodied by a modern college girl

Coming from the Miss VNUA pageant with the title of 1st Runner-up, On Thi Thu Hien has made a strong impression with her elegant, confident image and active participation in student activities. Continuing this journey, she was later awarded the title of Miss Ao Dai 2026, marking a milestone that reflects her suitability for a beauty closely associated with the traditional cultural values of Vietnam.
The Miss Ao Dai 2026 title further highlights Thu Hien’s compatibility with the elegance of the Vietnamese ao dai, a cultural symbol rich in historical significance and national identity. Through her image, the ao dai is presented in a more youthful and approachable way, reflecting how today’s student generation engages with and spreads traditional values within modern life.

Alongside her achievements in beauty pageants, Thu Hien is also known for her academic engagement and participation in student movements. The combination of traditional beauty, dynamic spirit, and a proactive attitude toward new experiences has helped shape her image as a modern student who is ready to explore new fields and actively engage in community activities.
Accompanying academic endeavors with extracurricular activities
Alongside beauty pageants, On Thi Thu Hien has also participated in various student activities to gain experience and develop personal skills. During her studies at the Vietnam National University of Agriculture, she served as a branch Youth Union Secretary and Head of the Economic Committee of the Vinh Phuc Student Volunteer Association. These roles gave her the opportunity to engage in Youth Union work, organize events, coordinate volunteer programs, and connect students through a range of collective activities.

From these experiences, Thu Hien was selected to take on the role of Student Model Ambassador at Global Fashion Week All Stars 2026. This role is associated with activities that connect students with the fashion and creative industries, while also creating opportunities for young people to access more professional environments within the field. Her participation in the program also reflects a growing trend of students seeking to broaden their real-world experiences beyond the classroom, alongside their academic studies at university.

High-caliber gathering point at the grand stage of Global Fashion Week All Stars 2026
In 2026, Global Fashion Week All Stars marks a historic transformation as it expands its scale, becoming a space of intersection and connection among three major communities: All Stars, Junior, and Student. Taking place from July 30 to August 2, 2026 at the Vietnam Exposition Center (VEC) in Hanoi, the event is expected to be one of the fashion weeks with international stature.

With the participation of more than 30 renowned designers and fashion brands from many countries, along with hundreds of beauty queens, kings, and international models, Hanoi will become the focal point of unique creative narratives. Here, fashion is no longer seen as standalone outfits, but as a shared language through which culture, media, entertainment, and social activities engage in dialogue, opening a broad and sustainable space for exchange between Vietnam and the international creative network.

Aspirations of inspiring and fulfilling responsibilities to the community
Officially accompanying the international fashion week in the role of Student Model Ambassador, On Thi Thu Hien is expected to bring a more multidimensional and in-depth perspective of the younger generation.
