Must read

On the evening of September 17, Sheraton – K11 Nghi Tam, Tay Ho became the spotlight of the capital as the journey to search for the Top 100 Pioneers 2025 continued to spread strongly. The event gathered more than 200 guests, including ambassadors, ambassadors’ spouses, entrepreneurs, female leaders, media representatives, and partner organizations. This was an important stop before the National Recognition Ceremony takes place in Ho Chi Minh City in December.

Honoring pioneering women with the “Diamond Women” collection

A deeply emotional artistic highlight of the Hanoi event was the showcase of the premium cultured diamond collection by NOBLECO, titled Diamond Women. The sparkling diamonds on the catwalk became symbols of pride, intellect, and resilience.

Opening the show was Miss Asian Vuong Thu Huong with a powerful aura, followed by Ms International Business Runner-up Nga Queen, leader Thai Huong Lan, and the striking appearance of MA – director and actress Mai Thu Huyen in the vedette role, all elevating the atmosphere of the hall. Female leaders of WLIN Hanoi became “special models,” blending fashion, art, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Entrepreneur Katy Nguyen – representative of NOBLECO – shared that “Diamond Women is not only a jewelry collection, but also a declaration of the inner strength of modern women.” Every step on the runway helped affirm the growing role and influence of female leaders in today’s society.

Diplomacy and entrepreneurship gathering in a connective space

The Pioneer Night in Hanoi became even more special with the attendance of many Ambassadors and spouses, including H.E. Saadi Salama – Head of the Diplomatic Corps in Vietnam, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine; H.E. Shovgi Mehdizade – Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan; H.E. Kanat Tumysh – Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan; and Mrs. Elena Bezdetko – spouse of the Ambassador of the Russian Federation.

Their presence not only brought congratulations to the Organizing Committee but also highlighted the international significance of the program: the Top 100 Pioneers 2025 is not only about honoring Vietnamese entrepreneurs but also serves as a bridge for cultural, economic, and friendship exchange. Photo moments with the ambassadors, together with the strong presence of female leaders and entrepreneurs nationwide, created a colorful picture for the celebration.

Dr. Nguyen Thu Huong – Head of the Organizing Committee – expressed her appreciation to the distinguished guests, affirming: “The pioneering spirit is the flame that drives us to create, to connect, and to build sustainable values in every circumstance.”

Seminar “Pioneers – Opportunities Within Challenges”

As part of the event, the panel discussion themed “Pioneers – Opportunities Within Challenges” drew special attention. Under the guidance of Dr. Nguyen Thu Huong, the session opened up sharp perspectives and meaningful exchanges with four speakers: Ms. Katy Nguyen – Founder & CEO of NOBLECO, Mr. Duong Quoc Nam – Chairman of Hoang Nam Group, Mr. Phuong Anh Phat – Chairman and CEO of JVA, and Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung – Chairman of the Board of Okini Food.

The speakers shared highly practical experiences: from introducing Jeep – RAM to Vietnam amid the pandemic, to the ambition of bringing cultured diamond technology to the country, and the efforts to develop the clean food industry under Japanese standards. They agreed that pioneers are those who can always identify opportunities where most people only see challenges.

The discussion also provided lessons on adaptability in the digital era: today’s CEOs need to be dynamic, directly engage with their teams, and leverage technology and social media to connect with customers. The openness and multidimensional insights of the speakers energized the business community, inspiring collective efforts to create new values.

Introducing nominees and orientations

Alongside the artistic performances, the event also introduced the nominees for the Top 100 Pioneers 2025 in Hanoi. They were outstanding individuals from various fields: painter Van Duong Thanh, entrepreneur Thai Thi Hai together with Nguyen Minh Anh – the next-generation successor of Okini Food, entrepreneur Dinh Huong – Chairwoman of Tan Huong Phat, female leader Phan My Linh, financial expert Lam Tuan, and entrepreneur Pham Ngoc Tram – Chairwoman of Smart Loyalty International.

All the nominees demonstrated a strong pioneering spirit of daring to think and act, while spreading positive inspiration to the community. The evening became even more vibrant with performances by singer–entrepreneur Thu Trang, singer Quang Binh, and a silk dance by Hommi Dance Group. The most explosive moment came with the Lucky Draw worth over 110 million VND from NOBLECO, in which a 50 million VND diamond ring went to the luckiest guest.

Before closing, Dr. Thu Huong announced that the Pickleball Cup 2025 will be held in Hanoi in October with the finals in Ho Chi Minh City in November. This will become a new bridge connecting sports, culture, and entrepreneurs, enriching the pioneering journey of 2025. With the success in Hanoi, the Top 100 Pioneers 2025 journey continues to expand, affirming the stature of resilient and creative individuals. The National Recognition Ceremony on December 12 in Ho Chi Minh City promises to be a peak event, gathering the year’s most outstanding faces.
