Must read

From a little girl who once felt nervous standing on stage, Anu-ujin Altansukh has worked hard to become a representative face of the new generation’s beauty in Mongolia. This March, her journey will gain another brilliant milestone as she officially walks at Asia Open Runway Seoul The 16th LBMA 2026, wearing the “Ly Dynasty” collection inspired by Ly-era art, created by Vietnamese designer Huynh Thanh Tho.

International stage at the DDP architectural sanctuary

From March 6 to 8, 2026, the capital city of Seoul (South Korea) will become the focal point of regional children’s fashion with Asia Open Runway Seoul The 16th LBMA 2026. The program is co-organized by The Look C&C and LBMA STAR E&M, long-established units behind prestigious beauty arenas such as Miss Universe and Miss World.

Notably, this year’s runway is set at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP), the world’s largest atypical architectural structure. Within this futuristic space, March 7 will witness performances by leading Asian designers, including Vietnam’s representative brand BADBISS by designer Huynh Thanh Tho.

Anu-ujin Altansukh: Journey from Mongolia to the runway in Seoul

Among the multinational lineup of models selected by BADBISS this time, Anu-ujin Altansukh stands out for her delicate beauty and persistent dedication. The 12-year-old, currently studying at the English School of Mongolia, shared that her journey into modeling began with a burning passion for fashion and a desire to stand before an audience. “Walking on the catwalk makes me feel braver and stronger. I always challenge myself to do better every day,” Anu-ujin confided.

Having once experienced nervous and anxious moments at the beginning of her career, Anu-ujin has now developed a confident and professional stage presence. To prepare for the event in Seoul, she has devoted significant time to practicing her catwalk, posing techniques, and facial expressions, aiming to deliver her most complete performance. Her appearance not only represents the young generation of Mongolia but also highlights the growing appeal of Vietnamese fashion to international talents.

When Ly-dynasty heritage comes in harmony with modernity

At Asia Open Runway Seoul The 16th LBMA 2026, Anu-ujin Altansukh and an international lineup of models will present the “Ly Dynasty” collection by BADBISS. This is a passionate project by valedictorian designer Huynh Thanh Tho, inspired by the refined artistic motifs of the Ly era—one of the most flourishing periods in Vietnamese cultural history.

Ancient patterns rich in historical identity are reinterpreted through a Sexy Contemporary design language. The highlight of the garments lies in meticulous material layering and intricate hand-embellishment techniques, signature strengths of BADBISS. Bringing Ly-era motifs onto an international runway in South Korea is the Vietnamese fashion house’s way of telling a heritage story through a fresh perspective aligned with global fashion trends.

According to designer Huynh Thanh Tho, selecting faces such as Anu-ujin Altansukh (Mongolia) along with models from Romania, Portugal, and Singapore affirms a vision of a borderless brand. In that vision, creative beauty and youthful energy become the threads that connect diverse cultures.

Expectations on Vietnamese impressions on the global fashion scene

Performing at an event under the patronage of the International Model Association and the Ministry of Gender Equality & Family of South Korea is both a challenge and a major opportunity for BADBISS. Having previously collaborated with many well-known artists such as the cast of “Ty Ty Dap Gio” and the Princess of Cambodia, the Vietnamese fashion house is confident in delivering precision and refinement in every stitch.

For Anu-ujin Altansukh, the show on March 7 in Seoul is not only a milestone in her young modeling career but also a valuable learning experience. She hopes to meet more international friends and gain further experience in professional arenas.

The combination of a “little rose” from the Mongolian steppe and designs carrying the spirit of Vietnam promises to create inspiring moments at Dongdaemun Design Plaza. Through this, the image of modern Vietnamese fashion—rich in cultural identity—will once again be powerfully introduced to international audiences.
